Edner Geffrard is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of A&E Law, where he combines legal expertise, medical insight, and unwavering dedication to advocate for victims of negligence across Florida and New York.
Before becoming an attorney, Edner spent three years in medical school—an experience that deepened his understanding of the physical and emotional impact of serious injuries. That insight, coupled with a deep-rooted desire to help others, led him to a career in law.
For Edner, personal injury law is actually personal. After witnessing close family members suffer devastating losses in car accidents, he made a lifelong commitment to stand up for those affected by tragedy. He fights for every client with the same care and urgency he would offer his own loved ones.
With over a decade of experience—including roles at a major insurance company, a respected defense firm, and top plaintiff’s firms in New York—Edner brings a rare, 360-degree perspective to every case, giving him a powerful edge in negotiations and litigation.
A former professional athlete and member of the Haitian National Men’s Volleyball Team, Edner developed the discipline, leadership, and poise under pressure that now define his legal practice.
Today, he leads A&E Law with a modern, client-first approach, combining strategic thinking, cutting-edge tools, and personalized advocacy to deliver results that matter. Fluent in Creole, French, and conversational Spanish, Edner proudly serves clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, he enjoys chess, the beach, and quality time with family and friends.

Adam Cretella is the co-founder and managing partner of A&E Law, where he leads with a strong commitment to justice, strategic litigation, and client-first advocacy. From the very beginning of his legal career, Adam set himself apart by earning the highest score in the State of Florida on the Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, and Professionalism essay sections of the Florida Bar Exam—a clear reflection of his legal skill, work ethic, and dedication to excellence. That same high standard now defines the culture and practice at A&E Law.
Adam concentrates his practice in personal injury law, passionately representing individuals facing some of the most difficult and uncertain times of their lives. He understands the overwhelming stress caused by serious injuries—and how insurance companies often exploit those without proper legal representation. Adam brings an aggressive, results-driven approach to every case, serving as a relentless advocate to ensure his clients are protected, respected, and fully compensated.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Adam brings a distinctive perspective to the legal profession, drawing on his background as a musician and former music educator. His deep-rooted passion for education shapes his philosophy: “Justice begins with knowledge.” He believes in empowering clients through clear communication, transparency, and legal insight—because informed clients make stronger decisions and build stronger cases.
Outside the courtroom, you might catch Adam on the beach, the soccer field, in the gym, or strumming a guitar.
